Our ordering process:


Our ordering process seems a bit complicated on first sight, but in order to protect you and us - especially considering the trans-Atlantic shipping and import costs involved - this is the safest way.
  1. Contact:
    Please contact Joachim Vinson (vinson@opel-parts.com) with your parts request. If possible with
    the number of your old part.

  2. Partnumber and availability:
    Joachim will check the general availability of the part in Germany while Nick will look up the actual Opel part number. We will NOT place an order in Germany unless the part number can be positively identified!!!

    If there are doubts about the part number, he will contact you directly for further information on your car.

  3. Price quote:
    If the part can be located we will quote you a price that includes trans-Atlantic shipping, import costs and domestic shipping to your frontdoor (UPS ground / insured).

  4. Acceptance,ordering and payment:
    If you accept the quoted price we will charge your credit card (Visa / Master / Discover / American Express) in the full amount on the date the part is ordered in Germany.

  5. Shipping schedule:
    Importing only makes sense, when we can ship a large number of parts at once. Therefore we will have to collect orders for one month. The parts will be shipped out of Germany at the end of the calender month in which you placed your order. Generally it takes 2 weeks for shipments to cross the Atlantic and clear US-customs.

    As soon as we receive the parts, they will be shipped to you without further delay.

    In worst case your part should arrive at your door 7 weeks after you ordered. This would be the case if you order at the first of the month.
