As I mentioned earlier, the pictures and especially the text is far from complete.
If somebody finds a mistake I made, please contact me.
Later we might open an enthusiasts section where you can send in a picture
of your car.

Today I have up-yodelt quite a few Opel pictures. I concentrated
on the Post-WW-II Opels. Later I might put the older ones on the page
too. The list of pictures is far from being complete but there are so
many cars that I had to concentrate on one or a few of each model.
Unfortunately some of them are really crappy. Strangely enough
those where I had really nice and big pictures to scan. I guess my
scanner is fine, so it seems more likely to be a
"user not qualified error".
When I have the time I will figure out what is wrong and
re-do the pictures.
The pictures are sorted by the place the car had in Opel's
model line up rather than by model name.
For Example the Olympia changed name to Olympia-Rekord then
to Rekord and finally to Omega. Still it remained Opel's second biggest
car.
Also the Commodore is listed in this category since except for
a bigger engine and more options, it is a luxury Rekord, as
the Rekord 6 was, which basically was the first Commodore.
Also there will be more text about the cars in the near future.
But at this time, just enjoy the pictures.
